Tartu is a place with a lot to hear, see, feel and taste.
A pleasure for all senses. In order to attract Latvians to Tartu, we looked for peculiarities in our collective DNA and realised that Latvians really like to please their senses with interesting things. You don't have to look far - Tartu is about 300 km away and it is like a mecca for the sensuous Latvians. It’s a lot better to be sensuous, than to be senseless.
